To establish an account for water or water and sewer service as a tenant, please provide the following:
1. Sign and return the tenant agreement. (See link below)
2. Provide a copy of your lease agreement with the property owner or Property Management Company. If there is no formal lease please provide a signed letter from the owner stating you are authorized to occupy the property.
3. Provide a $125.00 deposit and a $25.00 non-refundable service transfer fee for a total of $150.00. Deposits are retained by the Company until service is terminated. Once the account is closed the final charges will be taken from the deposit and the balance will be refunded and mailed to the forwarding address on file.
The above are required to setup the tenant account according to Company policy. Our customer service staff may be contacted to answer your questions or assist with the application process.
