For the last couple of years LRWSC has been working on the implementation of a state of the art meter system. This system employs the newest meter technology that provides data and information that can be shared with our customers, giving the customer the tools they need to conserve. Once your meter is upgraded our office staff will have the ability to recognize abnormal water use or other water use activity that may result in a high water/sewer bill. Once these conditions are discovered our office staff can notify the customer within days, and sometimes hours that a problem exist. We are very proud and excited about this technology, but please keep in mind that we must have current contact information on file to notify you if we discover excessive usage.
