To be eligible for membership for water and sewer service, the individual or entity applying must be a deeded property owner. If the deed is in an entity's name, the member application and account must also be in the entity's name.
Please provide the following in order to set up your account
as a MEMBER:
1. Sign and return the enclosed membership agreement.

2. Proof of ownership is required within 2 weeks of settlement. Within that time period, the deed will usually be recorded and the information will be available on Horry County's website for viewing by the company. Otherwise, proof of ownership must be provided by the member and may be shown by a copy of a tax bill, recorded deed, or settlement statement.
3. Provide $10.00 membership fee. (One-time membership fee.)
4. Pay $25.00 service transfer fee.
5. Answer and sign System Protection Questionnaire
