BUILDING CONTRACTOR/DEVELOPER AGREEMENT

To establish an account for water or water and sewer service as a Building Contractor or Developer please provide the following:

1.  Sign and return the building contractor/developer agreement.

2.  Answer, sign and return System Protection Questionnaire.
   
3.  Provide the following fees:

$150.00   Refundable deposit on account per Residential Equivalent Unit (REU).  Deposits are retained by the Company until service is Terminated.  Once the account is closed the final charges will be taken from Deposit and the balance will be refunded and mailed to the forwarding address on file.

$ 50.00    Non-refundable new service fee.

$ 50.00    Sewer tap inspection fee.

$425.00   Meter fee.  (3/4 inch meter) 
              Other meter sizes require price inquiry.

The above are required to setup the builder/developer account according to Company policy.  Our customer service staff may be contacted to answer your questions or assist with the application process.
